Currently deciding whether or not I should switch from my cerave salicylic acid cleanser to the Curology benzoyl peroxide cleanser. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’ve seen a lot of people on here mentioning how Curology cleansers are amazing and gentle (I get dry flaky skin around the mouth at times). I’m thinking of switching to the Curology benzoyl cleanser but want to get an alternative opinion.
Also going to try drinking spearmint tea everyday, I’ve heard it fights against acne pretty well.
