Berberine alternatives

Berberine has shown mean igf 1 reduction of 16%. Does anyone know any alternatives to it. So far i’ve found Alpha-lipoic acid but there is limited evidence. Also chromium picolinate have shown limited evidence and only minor effects. I’m looking to counteract the effects of mk 677 on decreased insulin sensitivity.

I’m planning on it but it’s very well documented to make people pre diabetic and even type 2 diabetes

Just eat well, space out and time injections, while doing lots of research.
