No point in cycling HGH, your natural production will always recover quite quickly (IF YOU TAPER DOWN). 4ius is okay, but I would titrate up to 6-8 and stop if you experience serious side effects. If you're planning 2 years, I'd get scans for cancer just in case, if you want to be safe, and always taper off as well. Firstly, tell me your blood glucose; it should be around 75-80 ideally, above 100 is concerning, and I would figure out how to lower it, but berberine isn't going to do much. I would recommend taking a GLP like Reta, which helps reduce blood glucose levels (or take met). Also, do fasted cardio in the morning to help as well, This is a must; make sure you're doing at least zone 2 cardio. Side effects id probably watch out for are CTS (Carpal), Insulin sensitivity, Cancer growth (long term), and Organ Growth. Cancer can only happen if you have active cancer in your body because IGF-1 accelerates it, but I would get an MRI to be safe. Also, don't go cold turkey; make sure you taper down over the last few months in increments of 2, is what I prefer. Make sure you get bloods tested for IGF-1 every few months and also get regular checks for any other side effects. Also, always check your blood glucose regularly, maybe weekly, it depends on what you want to do, just make sure it's in the normal range.
