Does berberine really lower igf if so can someone link a study, both of my grandparents have type 2 diabetes but they were all unhealthy, I don’t know if I am genetically predeposed to it, for reference I am takin hgh and wanting to not get diabetes, I don’t know much about metroformin, but berberine seems bettter, and if it does lower igf is there a certain time to take it like berberine in the morning and hgh at night to minsimize it the most ?
