Beside lean maxxing is there any way I can improve my looks

18 years old 6’5 210 lbs (formerly 270 from playing football) probably around 21-22% BF I don’t really care about my eye area I know it’s atrocious and revolting 😂(no orbital fat what so ever) will cut down to 175-180 to get to 11-12% BF
