Hold weight(like 200 g to 500g in each) of your hands stand straight and rotate your hands anti clock wise with pace(like butterfly in swimming)10 min every day... Do progress overload by increasing weight or time or tempo

train lats
train delts
maybe obliques (not sure about this one yet)
put on overall size on your whole upper body
perhaps don't debloat too much (might conflict with facial aesthetic in some cases)

all I can think of besides clavicle lengthening

Obliques are tricky IMO. It depends on your rib cage and iliac crest width.

One arm pullups and wide grip pullups are also good for increasing cavicle length
'increasing clavicle length' over if you take advice from greycels

you mean when iliac is too wide in comparison to ribcage it would be bad right?

Yeah. It would make you look like a massive triangle. Not a good look. Well in that case you won't look "top tier" anyways, but I'd rather put a lot of effort in the ribcage area and lats and just make everything below that super lean. For instance look at Cavill's frame here:

I look the same: Average ribcage but slightly above average pelvic bone width which gets you that weird hourglassy shape.

I think his frame is actually kinda bad for his height

I'd put him in that category where you're not fucked to the point where gymcelling is a waste of time, but without it you'd look small

I'll pray to the lord I'm in that category as well

side not growing if you don't hit rear and anterior too. so try to do superset rear+side 20x5 with medium level weight.
(like if you do 8kg side raise, try 6 with superset)

can you explain how wide grips pullups are good for increasing frame?

Is this legit? Have u noticed any results from this? So basically the instructions are to hold plates and to perform backstrokes?

You mean door frames,..., or what?

Maybe just do bodyweight exercises like windshield wipers for obliques?
