No, you have a big forehead, I would grow out dreads to cover it. You got good potential though.

You look like you have milia or comedonic acne, start skincare with a salicylic and hyluaronic facial wash and start derma rolling your face entirely. Grow out hair and get dreads.

Yes it’s comodonic, I had the same thing and the advice I provided above helped me clear mine.
