• Clean Shave and keep it clean OR
• use minox and dermaroll for goatee/balbo but until you can grow them well keep it clean
• remove the unibrow maybe go to a professional to properly trim and shape eyebrows
• curl eyelash
• salt spray hair or add some moisture to your dry ass hair
• lose fat.

The most respectful thing you could do for your ancestors is getting good looking children and continuing your bloodline. This incurs maximising your looks.

just follow a good diet with plenty of anti-inflammatory foods and a potassium to-sodium intake ratio of 1:2.5. Of course, if you really do have a low body fat percentage which I doubt, it could just be weak bones so that is important as well to fix
