Best 1st and 2nd cleansers? (Sensitive-ish skin, oily but gets dry as well)

I have started a great skincare routine, but I was wondering about my next purchase. I want to know the most recommended type of 1st and 2nd cleansers I can use for my face before getting started on my routine?

you probably just have dry skin, when dry skin not hydrated it produces excessive oil to compensate for the dryness
