Idk about 5cm but I wear Nike air max 720 which give 4.1cm which is enough as I can run in them. They are lifefuel and raise me from 178 to 182 and if it's not enough, there's loads of space for a 2cm insert to boost up to 6cm if you want

Damn, it looks good tbh. Even though it's more expensive, quality is probably higher than some chinese sneakers and arguably more comfortable
They are great. I have 1 pair of it. Much better quality than my previous Air max 720s.
