ive been doing some research and going to a derma and they said my acne is mild-moderate, mostly comedonal + inflammatory with small clogged pores scattered red pimples and a few healing spots (gpt ) and it says i have post inflammatory marks starting to form red/brown dots)
according to gpt, tret would be a good option for me although when searching for other peoples experiences, they say it is not helping them at all and some say it has.
i sometimes use tinted sunscreen to fraud jfl but no other skincare products cuz idk whats good for me
my derma wont prescribe me accutane because it isnt "bad enough" and she didnt even prescribe me tret but instead a bunch of random creams (which im not buying).
hoping to get tret from indiamart, starting from 0.025% and then going to 0.05 when i feel like i need to in 2-3 months.
any advice?
(pm if u want to see a pic if ur tryna give real advice)

adapalene 0.1%

i dont use skincare at all. was thinking of doing so since i wanna try something new
i dont eat sugar as much ans ive noticed lots of improvements.
how does salt cause acne? ive only heard it to cause bloat.

don't use tinted sunscreen if you have clogged pore prone skin, for clogged pores the best option is either Salicilyc Acid or Azeleic Acid, since you are starting tret, milder option is to go with AA since it's good to combine with retinoids (tret). If you are still a teen i would suggest using benzoyl peroxide wash low percentage against acne since it's anti inflammatory.
