Nigga rep, and to answer your questions no. For example when I’m studying I put on; music, a YouTube video, and call my girlfriend simultaneously, it helps me by filling the dopamine gap I’m missing allowing me to focus on what I’m supposed to do more efficiently
Bro that shit is not gonna work for me Iv tried studying with music or on call. Thier are multiple times were I have sat down at my desk to do homework and listed to music but litterly couldn’t bring myself to work on it. They were all really easy assignments that could be finished in like 30 minutes or used ChatGPT but I couldn’t even attempt them.

It didn’t really I was in like 5 grade when I was taken off of it. But iv had a lot less concentration and motivation to do stuff, and have way worse social anxiety and higher inhibition
