Best age for a man and women to be to create attractive offspring?

I just wanted to know how much time I have left before my sperm mutates and the risk of creating a subhuman offspring increases. Would the age of a women matter as well in how attractive my son could be? I've seen older parents create good looking children (HTN) but would like your guys opinion.
