best alcohol alternative?

been drinking since 13, not regularly but still tired of it I can quite literally feel it damaging me hard.
I need an alternative, please help

Doing fine. I wasn't truly addicted to alcohol just used it as cope for my dog shit life then and now life is better so I no longer use alcohol as a form of cope but I'm still a seasoned sipper and enjoy a glass of whisky every now and then but nowadays i drink more for the taste

i like weed 1-2 days a week instead of alcohol at this point

i never knew how it was good to people but i understand it making you forget about a scenario for sure
