i am running a stack of:
Testosterone 250 ew
Masteron 100 ew
proviron 25 ed
i was thinking about adding tren, but i dont want to wreck my brain because of it and its neurotoxicity. what are the best alternatives to it?

Hard to match tren. If you mean the vascularity, leanness, and sharpness, Masteron is probably your best bet tbh. Equipoise tends to be fairly dry while helping add some actual mass, but never as dry as a DHT like Mast/Primo. Could add Anavar to try and tighten things up.
