I can’t imagine losing my face fat pads and having upper eyelid exposure. I already have high upper eyelid exposure and can’t use retinol, tretinoin or accutane or something like that to get hollow eyes. I know the study is inconclusive but I can’t even risk. At the same time the skin retinoids give us is S tier. I’d love to look 20 at the age of 30. I heard about chemical peels but they don’t boost collagen they just exfoliate and kill all dead cells. What is the way to save collagen?

Tretinoin is the only effective thing.

Take collagen supplements idk. I used retinol took away a lot of my acne and acne scars but I still have some acne I'm contemplating whether it's worth using tretinoin to get the last bits off

matrixyl, weaker than retinol but works through the same pathways without making your skin more sensitive, isn't deactivated by sunlight either.

About 7 weeks into tret same spot minus the scars

Have been using tretinoin from skinorac years now and it saved my look. If you use it properly with a routine along with a moisturiser and then it would be awesome

Use a small concentration at first

azelaic acid. not only does the same thing as tretinoin, but also exfoliates and kills bacteria. weaker than tret though, which is a good thing so it won’t destroy your skin barrier.

shit i didn’t read about how you wanted the anti aging. azelaic acid isn’t good for anti aging. glycolic acid however, is know to exfoliate really well and reverse aging.

if you think tretinoin is gonna give you sunken eyes ur delusional

Can you use tret and azelaic acid in conjunction?

Also I have ashy elbows and I heard glycolic acid helps. Thoughts?

yes, you can, for some it may be too much. which is why i recommend using less percentages and/or less times a week. yes, you can use glycolic acid, but i recommend urea. specifically the eucerin urea cream.
