John here, I went through that, here is my advice:

-Sleep 9+ hours every single night on a fixed schedule
-Heavy compound lifts (5-6x per week, those spike GH hard)
-Arginine + Ornithine + Lysine stack before bed (5g arginine + 2-3 ornithine + 2g lysine)
-High-dose Vitamin D3 (5,000-10,000 IU) + Magnesium Glycinate 400mg + zinc 30-50 mg
-Intermittent fasting or one 24h fast per week (HUGE natural GH spike)

All of those items can get your IGF-1 levels very high.

**You might not be able to take those *assuming your parents are extremely strict* but assuming you might be young I would recommend Ibutamoren, CJC 1295 + ipa, and GHRP-2.**

well you need to be keeping your HGH refrigerated, so consider hiding an apparatus somewhere inside your refrigerator to hide it in plain sight, ive seen people get away with cutting holes in soda cans, could be something simple as a false dressing bottle or some shit

nothing natural will significantly impact your height, try keeping it at your chill mates house, maybe pin there after school it may be sub-optimal to pin in the arvo but better than nothing. also an ai just by itself is easy to hide and with low doses over a extended period of time can boost your final adult height but 5cms roughly

Dude that might be frustating since HGH need to be Cold Temperatures, maybe buy a mini fridge and 'hide' it in a friends house that have less strict parents. If that don't work i have no idea since a mini fridge is kinda noticeable and needs energy.
