People keep debating whats the best surgeries, and ima put my take on this. I dont think getting a lefort osteotomy is worth it just due to the high mortality rates and the failure of them, a better alternative imo is getting a bimax tho it wont yield as much results is cheaper and less risk for failure. You could also get braces its pretty worth imo. If you’re looking for eye area surgery I would recommend getting a canthoplasty or a saddled infra rim implants. :feelsuhh:

There is no best surgery, everyone requires different shit

Don't go to the local Indian then and high mortality rates is wrong

A lefort osteotomy is literally part of a bimax which means you didn't even read into the definition

Since when do braces add length to the mandible and fix retrusion?

So you don't suggest surgery with the example of bimax, but then recommend it at the example of surgeries for eye area whereby you fail to realise there are different surgeries and that everyone doesn't require the same surgery

Atleast you gave yourself the right name :

high mortality rates is wrong
They’re realistically about .1% if you remove the syndrome patients. The syndrome defects is what makes up most of the death toll. People forget that you have to look at the similarities among your sample to determine if they could influence the result.

Let's say it's .1%

This guy could be part of those .1% :soy: Leveraging probabilities and determining outcomes? Not in his world

The funny thing is how retards are so bad at using numbers they end up casinomaxxing and shit
