it depends on the person but generally between 700-1200.

<600 = too low
1300> = too high

The ideal testosterone level is what you feel best at, and that's different for every person. what matters is that you can get a boner and have a normal sex drive. some men feel the same at 600 as other men feel at 900.

there are also benefits to having low/high testosterone, but in general it's healthier and better to have 'normal' testosterone levels. around 800-1000 seems optimal for most men, but some men need more or less.
