Best Anti-aging Skincare Routine (My Routine)

Look into astaxanthin which is 6000x stronger than vitamin c.
Isn’t that mainly just to improve colouring. Also what foods would you recommend to consume with that in?

astaxanthin is in shrimp btw. So if you can afford shrimp and you like it.

Astaxanthin is an antioxidant which means it reduces oxidative stress and it’s naturally found in some seafoods.

Yh Ik it’s in shrimp. I don’t eat shrimp. Is it in anything else like fruits or meat or anything that isn’t sea food where you have micro plastics

Only sea foods.

I haven't researched it yet, for how it works relative to other anti-oxidants.

So you basically have to eat sea food, but risk micro plastics. Taking it in supplement form isn’t ideal probably for proper absorption. + who tf eats shrimp anyway

@halloweed is it advised to take it what benefits do you even get

Take it in supplement form and it’s fat soluble so take it with something like a teaspoon of olive oil like I did. It reduces oxidative stress which provides too many benefits bro.

Do Everyday:
  • Cardio Everyday
    • Not too much, not too little. You don't want to kill yourself everyday because that is pro-aging. But get your heart pumping and push yourself a little bit. Anecdotally I look soo much younger when doing cardio everyday, vs 3 times week.
  • Red Light Face Mask Everyday
    • You can look up the science on your own, but this needs to be part of your everyday routine if you want to anti-age max
  • Meditation before bed (Ideally with red light mask everyday).
    • Meditation before bed increases sleep quality a huge amount. The smallest amount of stress that you don't even know about decreases sleep quality. With deep sleep you get deep repair. Sexual arousal also decreases sleep quality. So if you look at pictures of hot girls on Instagram or whatever, you are fucking up your sleep quality even if you coom.
  • Methelyn Blue Everyday
  • No Processed foods & No foods with Glycemic index higher than 60
    • They are pro-aging. We're not evolved for them. Start reading books like wheat belly if you need to be convinced, and keep reading.
  • Only drink water (No cigarettes, alcohol, pot, fruit juice, etc.)
  • A NAD Booster everyday - I take niacin
  • A supplement containing collagen & Biotin (for skin, hair and nails). Yes, this will
  • Creatine - for brain health. Even if you eat tons of meat, you're still not getting the optima dose of creatine
Periodic Routine:
  • A Senolytic Stack 2-3 days a month - to clear out scenecent cells
  • Periodic Fasting of AT LEAST THREE DAYS OF ZERO CALORIES - needed to regenerate immune system and flood body with stem cells. Both are important for anti-aging
  • Follow anti-aging content creators and read the actual studies (Don't necessarily trust them, but use them to keep up to date on new studies)
  • Cold Therapy, Heat Therapy, Oxygen Deprivation, Inversion therapy (Hanging upside down).
  • Shower - Shower only when you really need it, and if you can stand it do a cold shower. The hot water dries out your skin and ages you. Having to apply topical crap on after even if it's "good stuff like Vit C & E" with studies behind it, isn't ideal. It's ideal to get all of your nutrients through your food and not fuck with your skin barrier.

You can look up the studies for all of these. You'll find many are mice studies which many of you will dismiss. However, if you understand the method of action, and you understand weather or not that method of action is applicable to human physiology, you'll be able to make an educated guess for human physiology. Researching how human physiology is different from mice physiology will help you adopt the mice protocols for human protocols.

Yes, I'm aware that most drugs that work on mice don't work on humans, but again the point is to undersand mice and human phsyiologies well enough that you can make an educated guess. Refine your protocols as we get the results of more experiments.
agree with all of these except the cold shower one. Why the fuck would I take a cold shower? Unless you’re talking about a warm shower, which is fine. But why would I make myself suffer?

It's the same concept as exercise, which is hormesis, but in a different way.

Cold, and heat exposure stresses the cells which triggers repair mechanisms that over-do it, so you get anti-aging effects so long as you don't do it too often.

If you don't like cold showers, you could also go out in the cold during winter time.

@noodlelover i over load my skin with anti oxidantants, vitmain a, and cancer causing growth factors via dermaroll 0.25 4x per week xD mad?

Okay cool but skin quality is determined by acne, scaring, enlarged pores. Most incels need vit a topical and benzoyl peroxide to prevent acne lol if you think red light will prevent chronic cortisol from incel life style acne

No SPF50+ PA++++ ?
No isotretinoin ?
No Dutasteride ?
No GHK-cu ?
No Microneedling
Where can I get dutasteride, ghk-cu and what’s the best sunscreen?

what the best red light mask to use at home?

That's because you are ignorant of the pace of scientific progress on aging, and the pace of hardware progress on hardware capable of increasingly complex biological simulations and Ai.

Opinions that aren't based on anything don't matter. Look up trends, and see how many problems are left to solve in science if you'd like to know more.

I am aware there is a lot of progress on aging, I just don’t think AI will contribute that significantly. I imagine it’ll probably only play a secondary role

I conceptualize Ai's role in three broad categories, each of which are are advancing, and will heavily accelerate from computing efficiency gains and robotics advances.

Simulating Experiments

Ai is used to simulate physical and biological processes. The better Ai we have, the better it will be able to simulate these processes.

An example is alpha fold, simulating protein folding. But you can imagine something in the future like "alpha cell" created with even more advanced Ai and computation that simulates cell biology. Maybe even every possible cell in all humans and animals, like alpha fold simulating pretty much every possible protein folding.

The more we can simulate, and the more accurately we can simulate, the less physical experiments are required, radically speeding up aging research.

Automating Experiments

Worm-Bot is an example of this. It automatically does aging experiments on worms, determines the results of those experiments with cameras, and runs more experiments.

As scientific progress is automated, it's like comparing the amount of shoes cobblers could make pre-industrial revolution, with the amount of shoes factories could make post industrialization.

Designing Experiments

It's my understanding that Ai is already being used to assist in designing experiments, such as recommending dosages to test, analyzing experimental data, and writing meta analysis (finding patterns in papers), and reading through a large amount of research to let scientists know when there's other research relevant to what they're working on.

Conclusion/Summary

But in the future it will be doing this without human input. There he is no limit to how far you can scale these three things. Meaning we could see the equivalent of billions of years of human scientific progress (at the speed we've been going), in only a couple months.

Check out Kurzweil's graphs if you want to see the broad trends in energy cost, computation cost, and other pieces that will enable this.

I want to get specific, I'm not talking about aging being solved this decade, necessarily. But when we're talking about a trillion or more fold increase in computation over three decades, in addition to algorithmic improvements, the time frame for engineering biology to reverse all aging is decades not centuries.

Also read the Sens research foundations papers on their strategies for reversing each cause of aging, and their papers on their progress, as well as the companies they spin out to solve sub-problems. All of that hard work they put in, is a solid foundation for Ai to bridge the gap.
