Best anti bad breath tips/hacks/routines

Since i got braces i been hella scared of bad breath like to the point i try not to talk at all or as little as possible. I brush my teath scrape my tongue and use mouthwash also floss my teath as good as i can but every second i dont have a fucking gum in my mouth i want to have a gun in my mouth instead please help

There is def some better version out there i just dont gaf i just use these cause i got invisalign and cant chew shit. My breath smells godly after these for like an hour or more. Just go to your local supermarket and youll find something better if you really care about it that much.

this so real u can chew gum with braces tho it worked fine for me
