I used to be extremely fit and have a nice physique when i first started gym because of the initial stimulus to the muscle; the newbie gains came in even though my diet was shit, and my workouts were inconsistent, i remained lean this whole time because i am naturally a lean person
Fast forward now, i don’t go gym because of studying, i eat even worse so now i’ve lost all my muscle and i’m not as lean as i used to be
I’m not sure whether I should bulk up at this stage since i’m already quite skinny or should i cut down, get lean again but eat at proper maintenance with high protein to gain my muscle back?
