Bicep curl 3x10
Tricep push down 3x9
Ez bar curl
Tricep extensions
 
direct arm work is a waste of time. find me one single example of someone with well developed back/chest/shoulders but lagging arms, not by arbitrary bodybuilder standards but by objective aesthetic principles, and i'll change my mind

real. if you lift enough (chest, back legs, shoulders) your arms will naturally come in. You've never seen someone that lifts with lagging arms.
