Best ascension plan

I’m 5,8.11 basically anything is on the table I’m fucking desperate at this point need to ascend. Im around 85kgs but Im down like 35kg from mid last year I would say like 28% bf. Growth plates are still open because I just grew an inch in the past month. What do I do?

intermittent fasting 16/8+, HIIT cardio, balanced diet, establish a sleep routine

how the fuck do you keep an balanced diet if you fast for 16 hours? :think:
