My back has always been my weak point I need help
 
pullup and rows is all u need

Lat pull downs, wide and close grip rows

My back has always been my weak point I need help
frontal keenan flap for lower lat than a sagittal keenan flap uper lower lat, kelso shrugs for traps and a reverse fly thats all u need to maximize back growth
