So I was born with a 1:1.2 waist to shoulder ratio so I need good back exercises my back currently is just ltn pretty low dopamine I would like a good back exercises as the ones I do are subhuman at my gym. I do latpulldowns which I think are pretty good then I also do random back row machines dude I don’t know which ones more optimal so help
