So I was born with a 1:1.2 waist to shoulder ratio so I need good back exercises my back currently is just ltn pretty low dopamine I would like a good back exercises as the ones I do are subhuman at my gym. I do latpulldowns which I think are pretty good then I also do random back row machines dude I don’t know which ones more optimal so help 😂straight to the point no 4 step insane exercise so yeah preciate the help if u guys can im interested in becoming a full time gymcel

saggital plane pulldown
frontal plane pulldown
shrug (if you want trap growth)
rear delt fly

I have a friend who does it I can’t tho my back and shoulders are so fucked up that my shoulders roll upwards and it hurts too much
focus on retracting your scapula you probably just have to get used to the movement

Lat pulldowns kelso shrugs face pulls and also do something like an sldl

you should focus more on delts if you're a framelet, for back you should do pull ups and rows

Wide pull ups and close grip rows is all you need

T bar row, Wide lat grip pul down all u need
