theres no best bimax doc but if you want to play it safe the italian 3 wont do you wrong
but ofc you can find equivalent or more potent local/somewhat local surgeons if youre willing to research enough

Yeah ik but the thing is i didnt find shit about surgeons in switzerland.. maybe i searched wrong
