For general mass appeal aesthetics I don’t disagree. He is definitely becoming very airway focused which often can compromise aesthetics in favor of max advancement, but I’ve seen some impressive cases lately from him.

We have to keep in mind not every patient from every surgeon goes in with aesthetic golden ratio as the treatment reason, many might be asking for airway fix max advanced, or “don’t change my look too much” and just fix the occlusion.

Though I’m a fan of very prognathic faces, so others surely might be less inclined to like his results than me.
