Best bimax surgeon for aesthetics?

I don't have health insurance, so I will have to pay out of pocket and I don't want to drop $50k on a rando local surgeon. Who are the best surgeons in Europe? Are the guys in the US who charge a lot really better than the ones in EU or just overrated? I want to ideally get multiple things done, so bimax + jaw implants + something for zygos possibly.

Apparently he's botched a few patients recently - I'd investigate him more but he's definitely the best in regard to maxillary/mandibular advancement/aesthetics, just be wary.
