I found a good Trimax surgeon through a friend here. I'd say his results are very similar to Ramieri's because he maintains a conservative and good approach. What we all look for here is a good price and a surgeon who can handle the work and has almost no botching. I couldn't find any complaints about him, neither on Reddit nor anywhere else. I say this because I live in the same country where he operates and performs surgeries, and I'm used to the local language. I'm telling you all that he's a great option, and on top of everything, the price is definitely much lower because the Brazilian currency, the "Real," is much weaker than the dollar and euro. So, converting to both currencies, a Trimax would cost between 7.000 and 15.000 dollars and euros, more or less 10.000 euros (60.000 reais in Brazil). That's the price according to reports I've heard here. It may seem like a small amount to you, but for those who live here, it's a lot of money, so that's why I'm... Speaking of a Brazilian surgeon who is good and, above all, affordable for foreigners. For those already planning to have surgery in Brazil, Dr. André Abim operates in São Paulo, and this is a result of his job:

Great advancement, 14-15mm like my friend said and If you dont like his results there are other very good surgeons here in Brazil such as: Dr. Carlos Chrzanowski, Dr. Frederico Carnevale, Dr. Rogério Zambonato, and Dr. Renato Vita. I only mentioned those whose results I found to be good and safe, without complaints, and in fact, with positive feedback from people who have had procedures done here. If anyone finds any complaints about any of them, please send them to me so I can improve my research. Here in Brazil, the surgical market isn't as saturated as it is in Europe. For example, Dr. Ramieri, who in 2020 charged 10.000 euros, now charges much more. Here, people don't care much about that type of surgery, they're more interested in rhinoplasties and other plastic surgeries. People still don't quite grasp that what really matters is bone structure.

This is a great bimax. All he's missing is some width on the jaw angles to really have the personality that women want.

Get in while the coping is hot.
