Best body maxxing routines without gym equipment

Yo. Gyms going to be closed here for some time. What are the best body maxxing routines with body weight etc.
Is running an hour daily beneficial?
 
Running is simply cortisolmaxxing, just spend like $50-100 on simple equipment(dumbbells, bands, pullupbar) and train with that. That will give you way better results, if you don’t have $50 to spend u got other problems tho jfl

You're right, I should probably get those. You think additionl running is worth it or nah?

try calisthenics
running and cardio go for calorie-loss, if you are in a good range of body fat, twice per week is enough
also this
