I was malnourished during puberty, because I suffered from IBS which was especially bad from ages 14-16. I never lost weight, but I never gained much either. From 13-17 I only gained 10 pounds. This poor development shows, as most males in my family are 5'10+ while I'm 5'7, and my skull didn't grow a great deal although it masculinized.
At my osteopath appointment yesterday, she said many of my skull sutures aren't fused yet, and that bone growth is possible. With that, I hope I can grow my skull because I feel that it's a little small. I would say my family members have large skulls, so I have the genetics for it. Please let me know what roids or medications I should look into. Also my mom has osteopenia meds so maybe I can ask her for some or jugg them if they are worth trying.
