i can't take accutane so i have make my skin clear by myself, so im thinking about dermarolling my skin and applying hyaluronic and azelaic acid to make PIE (acne redness) dissapear but idk which brand is actually good or not.

Also, you said you can’t find a dermatologist? What’s up with that? I would assume there’s plenty of them in France unless you live in some remote area. Keep trying and if you get denied try to at least get topical tret, and if that doesn’t work, go on a good otc retinaldehyde
