I’m literally 130-135 lb at 5’10

Reason I’m tryna lose fat is cuz I’m more like skinny fat, I eat a lot of goyslop so yeah I know I gotta stop that

Weight training. Cardio is only good to improve your endurance fitness (eg last longer in sex, not get mogged walking up stairs, etc etc) and for more advanced users to maintain best possible heart health to allow more steroids use.

It’s a really inefficient method for weight loss. Just calorie restrict.

But what if I want a slimmer face?

The best way to build as much muscle and drop as much fat as possible at the same time is unironically Tren.

Just fat loss? DNP.

You calorie restrict.
Are you really going to waste 30 minutes on a treadmill so you can stuff your face with ONE doughnut or whatever?

But at the same time I have fat on my chest, non visable abs due to fat around the area etc

So wouldn’t cardio be a good choice in my case?

anything u can do for a long period of time is best, what you can stick to type shi
personally i like incline treadmill walking

incline treadmill walking is king, doesn't fatigue quads as much as the bike/stairmaster. do what you please tho

I don’t know much about fitness, isn’t the goal to sweat as much as possible? Like that’s also ideal, and I heard stair master since it’s much more intense makes you sweat more

If that's your main goal then do stairmaster. I know that when I do stairmaster consistently I cannot progressively overload my quad extensions or my squat pattern movement because stairmaster is more taxing on the quad muscles. Stairmaster is also more effective than incline walking, so if you're gonna do 30 mins of incline walking do 20~ mins of stairmaster.

My ultimate goal is to be lean, right now I really just wanna debloat my face asap. Like before college starts I got about two months, I eat a ton of goy so if I cut that out that’s step one to becoming more facially lean. Next up better sleep, cuz my sleep schedule is terrible. Then finally cardio, so yeah I guess stairmaster everyday would be my best bet

Running or bike. With running you don’t even need the gym. You can’t build muscle while losing fat. You need to choose one at a time.
