js set a limit for urself and then everyday you will start doing more i myself in 30 minutes of jumping the rope i burn 550-600 calories which would take me 1h and 50 min with running so ye skipping makes you burn more calories makes u taller since its like u are doing massai jumps your bones still take that energy from the impact

walking is by far the most enjoyable one for almost everyone, also free, you can listen to music and daydream, you can listen to podcasts/video explanations, you can text or watch the 3000 reels your unemployed homeboy sent you, and also theres the incline treadmill where you can watch youtube, movies, anime, whatever you want. and also as a bonus walking is the least catabolic cardio form and the most low cortisol one, that being said if you like running or swimming or jumping rope, you are better off doing what you like than doing what you hate because it has more benefits

gonna do incline treadmill with some jump rope, think its the best options for me. gonna start building muscle after i lose the fat
