I do all once a week except stair master (fuck that) i do incline treadmills twice a week tho

Running on treadmill is fun but in all respects overall elliptical is best

Or just box instead

Why is eliptical better over treadmill, I do enjoy treadmill more tbh
12+ incline treadmill Mogs all when it comes to burning most calories in longer u can do it for + little impact
