at ur age the best way is to do it naturally. at 14 u have all the time in the world and loosing weight in a natural way is gonna teach u a lot about nutrition, discipline and life in general. Also fat burners are usually very unsustainable cus when u stop taking them (while keeping the same diet) ur gonna gain weight again + there are always possible side effects
