I'm in the balkans and for now till 2024 there are tiring visa procedures to go to EU/Western Countries. Turkey doesnt have any visa restrictions.

not in the balkans, i'm talking specificallly in the eye area, which requires expertise. I need a Visa for that specific procedure, Turkey isnt off-limits like the Western Countries.
