So im White af and I wanna get a tan. The problem is that my country isnt very warm and it is barely any sun here. Shit like astaxanthin, lycopene and beta carotene is Def not a "bang for your buck". There is a sunbed nearby, should I start sunbedding or should i hop on mt2 (need help with dosage)? I was thinking i could use the mt2 as an Ai too since im gonna hop on cjc +ipamorelin later this year. So, sunbed or mt2? Also what are the risks of mt2?

arent their self tanner drops that u can put into ur moisturizer that would make u a bit tan
