Which combat sport should I do to boost confidence? Having the ability to knock most people out will give me immense confidence and I will hate myself less.

I'm think either Boxing or MMA.

BJJ is just gay rolling around so I'm not interested in that unless my wrestling partner is a 6'3 white guy with brown fluffy hair blue eyes and 10% body fat
