You look like you're wearing mascara, and your extremely long thick lashes are very downturned and make your canthal tilt look worse than it already is. Get an eyelash curler and clear mascara (its basically gel) to hold them in place, would make your eyes look better. Or even get a lash lift (basically a perm for your eyelashes)
