BEST Countries for Jaw surgery considering Risk/Results ratio ?

Ofc we all want the best for our face,

but the best is pricey, sometimes unnecessarily so.

I've been looking around for Bimax procedures in Turkey and Iran, and surgeons and results seem legit.

The downsides are for post-surgery complications, and of course botched surgeries.

But their prices are so much cheaper than where I live (Western Europe), and I know surgeons in my area, are price-gouging somehow.



Would it be worth considering getting Bimax in Turkey or Iran?

Do you have other good countries for Bimax?

Or do you know of good surgeons in those countries?

Honestly, that's cope. If your base is bad, you won't ascend much. Surgeries are best for people with huge failos like : severe facial asymmetry, recessed fucking chin etc. That's why blackpill is fucked up. You read about your forhead being 4 cm instead of 3 cm, your chin being too small/too big and so on. Then only thing you want to do is to fix all of these things or rope.

If looks is everything then looks is an investment. You can ascend a lot from surgery if you fix all your falios.

Yes I share the sentiment, obviously in case of complications, it's easier to get an evaluation when your operating surgeon is near by.

And maybe some administrative issues, language issues, the medical "culture" in the way of approaching things,etc,...,

are factors that might play in choosing a local surgeon preferably.

I have adequate channels for proper consultations, following certain rules. Until setting those rules I just refused most teleconsultations. Although I can’t give answers to questions like those asked by @lasthope, to be honest. Too subjective, in my opinion

I already am in the process of getting in touch with surgeons for Bimax/CCW, point of contention is how much CCW can I get away with (No gummy smile, but not too much has been advised, because tooth impaction is a possible result).

I've been offered 5 degree CCW (plus bimax) as a guesstimate, during last appointment with a surgeon

I've got x-rays coming up within two weeks as well, but it's a PITA to get an appointment with surgeons of choice right now, due to Covid.

I'm located in France btw, surgeons here seem pretty conservative (for good or worse).
