Best countries to move to?

What is the best counties to move to in early 20s ? (21,22,23)

Been in the UK for a while but the UK is a dump tbh, coming to the end of a year in Germany and Germany is pretty nice (hot women , mogger language etc ) but the people can be boring as fuck .

what are the best countries to move to? Been thinking Netherlands / Belgium if I can learn Dutch but not sure

And don’t say China or anything Asian women have little to no appeal to me

Don't recommend Nordic countries unless you're above 5'11 tbh, but I've been planning to move out of my country asap and go settle to russia once I have enough money
