Depends on your location. I’m in Texas, so for me, if I wanted to go crazy with hookers for a week, Mexico would be the place to go. However, if I need a one off thing, we have mexican and chinese immigrants here who offer reasonable enough prices compared to american native prostitutes

Countries like russia you might be higher quality relative to cost but would require basic fluency being able to call a service and talk and there are a decent amount of scams there
