Best cream for thinning nose

I want to know the best cream for thinning a fat/thick nose on the market. I am at the point were i dont care much about side effects, i want something very effective and strong, that would ideally be fast.
Is there anything that yields permanent results?
I was looking at clobetasol proprionate cream, anyone have experience with it? Is it permanent?
