thanks for the advice manFind a good leave-in conditioner and maybe a curl cream
I have 3A hair if I had to recommend a product I'd probably tell you to use the As I Am classic leave-in conditioner because its lightweight, doesn't have terrible ingredients, and probably won't build up in ur hair as long as you know how to apply it.
The Camille Rose Moisture Milk is also a good leave in for ur hair type but a lot of people say it can weigh ur hair down a lot and you probably don't want that if ur hair is low density.
A mousse could also be good for you because it gives ur hair volume and thats probably what you want especially if ur hair is low density (if its flat your scalp would probably be more visible)
Idk what shampoo and conditioner you use but I would look into something with cleaner ingredients, maybe from a company like Bali Care or Based Bodyworks, they're a bit pricey but I've had good experiences with both brands.
You also might want to invest into a diffuser for your hair because it can help give more volume and lift ur hair from the roots when drying (also dries it quicker and is probably good if you don't want to go out with wet or damp hair). Also I recommend using cold air when you diffuse to prevent heat damage (if you have to use warm get a heat protectant spray and spray that into your hair before diffusing).
No problemthanks for the advice man![]()
I finger coil my hair in the past and it seems decent a few open spots here & then but overall it’s okay but thank you for the advice tho appreciate it bhaiI don't know if finger coiling would be good for your hair density,
Mirin. Your hairI use all organic based products. A sea salt shampoo, conditioner based on rapeseed oil and argan oil afterwards while the hair is still wet.
There are also certain rules you have to apply if you have wavy/curly hair. Like never combing them while dry (some retards do this), never use a hair dryer, and maintain a certain level of your own natural oil in your hair along with your chosen hair oil.

Good question. Before I grew them out I had a buzzcut. I think it took me like 2 years to get them at shoulder lenght. Now it goes till my chest and lats. How long did it take you to make your hair that long?

this feels like too much bro id rather have a wavy permNo problem
Also if you don't really know how to style it I'd just look on YouTube or Tiktok for tutorials, to be honest a lot of them aren't descriptive enough unless they're finger coiling their hair (which I don't do because it's time consuming and I lean closer to 2c anyway so it wouldn't come out as good as it works better for 3a and anything tighter) I don't know if finger coiling would be good for your hair density, and the thickness of your hair also plays a big role in which products you should use.
Also I wouldn't really recommend a gel unless its lightweight because they could just weigh ur hair down more (I personally don't use gels and if I really want hold I'll use a curl cream)
