study CS and do the AWS certification or scrum depends on what you like, could be normal programmer but thats boring imo.

If you don't pay any tuition, definitely go for medicine or law. Both are graduate degrees in the US and one typically end up with 7-8 years of student loan.

Also, Europe only has a few "target" finance or engineering schools. So, unless you get into one of those, forget about getting a lucrative finance / engineering job in the US either.
