Best dieruetic for Hgh bloat

What’s the best diuretic for Hgh bloat? I’ve heard about amiloride and nebivolol but wouldn’t eplerenone be best for blocking the bloat since it’s a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist which targets the Hgh water retention better than amiloride since that is an ENaC blocker.

Either way no one wants to feel or look bloated, taking 6iu and it’s not that bad tbh but I’m also eating 1k over maintenance and feel like a hog

its not at all. grew 3cm the last month on it. and my acne is way worse. but my bloat doesnt look bad. maybe because im very lean.

You typically water on Hgh clean diet or not over 5iu, but then again just depends on how ur body takes in sodium and water shifts ig

what did u end up using? my diet is very clean but i still get bloating. on 8iu
