everywhere i look theres a new best “diet” some niggas saying dont eat that some saying eat that can anyone actually show the best nutrition for health indicators and enough vitamins and protein

edit; i was not in before them.

Just make sure you have enough red meats, yogurt/milk, and carbs in your diet.

If you're focusing on skin, eating collagen (stuff like chicken skin, fish skin, etc.) is important

if you're focusing on bone growth, a balanced diet but with emphasis on protein, calcium & collagen is important.

Just track all your macros, and make sure you're doing well in that aspect
Raw organs, eggs, milk, oysters, seafood, blood.

Best diet is simply this:

Lots of meat & seafood, try and aim for a solid amount of red meat and fatty fish every week.

Eat a couple eggs a day and around 3 good portions of dairy, raw or organic are both fine.

Eat fruits & vegetables scaled to your activity level

Drink only water; with exception to fresh coconut water, blood and of course milk.

alr thanks appreciate it i keep seeing weird stuff like alot of carbs increase glucsone blabla but u seem high iq i will trust u
